Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rev Req (the "Service"), a product of Frehn Group LTD, trading as Frehn Solutions ("we", "us"). By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or connecting your Amazon Seller account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Rev Req helps Amazon sellers automatically trigger review requests for eligible orders using Amazon's Selling Partner API. Requests are sent using Amazon's own Request a Review (Solicitations) API; Rev Req does not contact buyers directly.

3. Eligibility and your Amazon account

You must hold a valid, active Amazon Selling Partner account in good standing to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with Amazon's own policies, including its Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Communication Guidelines. Amazon may independently suspend or restrict your Seller account or API access; Rev Req has no control over Amazon's decisions.

4. Authorization and access

By connecting your Amazon Seller account, you authorize Rev Req to access the specific SP-API scopes needed to identify eligible orders and trigger review requests on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time from Seller Central under Manage Your Apps, which will stop all further API activity by Rev Req on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Amazon's policies, including rules on solicited reviews, incentivized reviews, or manipulated feedback.
• Attempt to circumvent Amazon's eligibility or timing rules for review requests.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or Amazon's systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Beta / waitlist status

Rev Req is currently in private beta and pending approval to access Amazon's Selling Partner API. Features, availability, and pricing may change before general availability, and we will communicate material changes to waitlisted users by email.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any review request will result in a buyer leaving a review, as this is entirely at the buyer's discretion and subject to Amazon's systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frehn Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by Amazon against your Seller account.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke our access to your Amazon account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by Amazon.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
