How it works

Connect your Seller account
Authorize Rev Req through Amazon's official Login with Amazon / Selling Partner API OAuth flow. We never see or store your Amazon password.
- Step 2
We monitor eligible orders
Rev Req checks each order against Amazon's eligibility and timing rules for review requests, so nothing is sent too early, too late, or to an ineligible order.
- Step 3
Requests are sent through Amazon
We call Amazon's own Request a Review API to trigger the request. Amazon delivers it — we never contact buyers directly or handle buyer contact details.
- Step 4
Track everything from one place
See which orders were requested, skipped, or are still pending, without manually digging through Seller Central.

Rev Req is designed around Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for developers.
- Requests are sent exclusively via Amazon's official Request a Review (Solicitations) API — never by direct email or off-platform contact.
- We do not access, store, or process buyer names, email addresses, or shipping details. Amazon delivers the request on our behalf.
- Access to your Seller account is granted and revocable at any time from Seller Central — Manage Your Apps.
- We only request the SP-API scopes required to identify eligible orders and trigger review requests.
