Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Frehn Solutions, a trading name of Frehn Group LTD ("we", "us", "our"). It explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website or our products, including Rev Req, our tool for Amazon sellers built on Amazon's Selling Partner API ("SP-API"). The sections below on Amazon Seller data specifically describe how Rev Req handles that data.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information you give us directly, such as your name and email address, when you sign up or join our waitlist.
• Amazon Seller identifiers and authorization tokens issued when you connect your Amazon Seller account via Login with Amazon / SP-API OAuth, including your Selling Partner ID and access/refresh tokens needed to call the SP-API on your behalf.
• Order metadata such as order IDs, order dates, marketplace, and order status, retrieved via the SP-API Orders API solely to determine which orders are eligible for a review request.

We do not collect or store buyer personal information. Review requests are sent using Amazon's own Request a Review (Solicitations) API, which is delivered by Amazon directly to the buyer. We never see, request, or retain a buyer's name, email address, phone number, or shipping address.

3. How we use information

• To operate and provide the Rev Req service to you.
• To identify orders eligible for a review request and trigger that request through Amazon's official API.
• To communicate with you about your account or our service.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use SP-API data for advertising or marketing purposes, consistent with Amazon's Data Protection Policy for developers.

4. Sharing of information

We share data only with Amazon, as required to operate the SP-API integration you authorize, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, our database and hosting providers). We do not sell or rent your data, or your sellers' data, to third parties.

5. Data security

Authorization tokens and order metadata are stored in encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. You can revoke Rev Req's access to your Amazon Seller account at any time from Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and order metadata for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you disconnect your Amazon Seller account or close your Rev Req account, we delete stored authorization tokens and associated order metadata within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing admin@frehnsolutions.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@frehnsolutions.com.

8. Children's privacy

Rev Req is a business tool intended for use by Amazon sellers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
